Lunar Yoga
Each practice is unique, every week, a different yoga style and techniques are chosen accordingly to the moon phase, aligning individuals with this powerful energy. Besides the movement, these classes can include intention setting, oracle reading, meditation, and breath expansion.

Yin Yoga
The online practice invites a deeper degree of intimacy and integration with yourself at all levels, mind, body, spirit, and space. My approach includes reflection, breath awareness, body consciousness, long holds, and silence. It can't be explained, it needs to be experienced.
Tuesdays - 7 pm


Yin Nidra
The focus of this practice includes profound relaxation of the nervous system, subconscious mind cleanse, and improved sleep. In this class, Yin Yoga serves as a tool to prepare the body and mind so the practitioner can reach a deeper level of relaxation during the Yoga Nidra phase.
Tuesday - 7 pm (monthly)


What to expect
Daya guides yoga classes with a focus on self-knowledge, using the body as a bridge to connect with our own unique inner universe. Growing up in a yoga and eastern studies center, Daya has a background in different styles of yoga, meditation, and spiritual and healing practices, which is reflected in her teaching, The classes come with a mindful but dynamic, creative, and nurturing approach.
Suitable to all levels, but specially target to those looking to move beyond the superficiality and gradually create a connection with the deeper layers of the self.
