Yoga Nidra
​What is that?
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously. During the practice, the student induces a state between sleep and wakefulness, where the consciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness. It is said that 1 hour of yoga Nidra is the equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
It is similar to a guided meditation, but it works directly with the subconscious mind, having some similarities to a self-hypnosis session as well. It is also a wonderful tool to practice mental focus and get used to meditating.
