From tantric numerology’s perspective, number 2 represents the protective mind in our energetic composition, capable of a high degree of analysis and intuition

However, as everything in our reality, there is always the positive and the negative polarity of the same energy. How we understand and learn how to work with this energy is up to us

The 2 may also bring a stronger need of being accepted as if you would have to say yes to everything and everyone. Maybe fears of certain outcomes may become stronger at this moment, and even desire can arise from a place of neediness

If that’s the case, my advice is to bring awareness to everything you are experiencing, no need to battle those thoughts or repress them. Then, when fear-based thoughts arise, bring the opposite to your mind. This action will help you to spot your mind patterns and realize how much power you have over them

Connecting to the positive polarity of the 2 will open the numbers 3 & 4, the positive and neutral mind, awakening inspired action, flexibility, and balance :)

Ideally, practice meditation or breath work (there are plenty of options on my Instagram page and Youtube) but if you can’t, practice another activity that brings you a sense of peace, such as playing an instrument, making art, or listening to music.
